I) Cellular Transport Unit Map
The next characteristic of life that we will explore is Homeostasis.  Homeostasis falls under BIG IDEA 2, and you will examine the AP curriculum to determine WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW and to DESIGN A ROADMAP FOR STUDY….

a)  After reading Big Idea 2 from the AP Biology curriculum determine what you need to know about energy, molecular building blocks, and cellular membranes on a molecular/cellular level and provide the following information:

b) Read “Enduring Understanding 2B” from the AP Biology curriculum, and provide the following information:

c)            Organize “Essential Knowledge 2.B.1 and 2.B.2” into the following format to design a roadmap of the unit for your self.  You will need to generate this roadmap for both 2.B.1 and 2.B.2 on a word processor and print out a copy to place into your notebook.  An example of the document can be found here.

NOTE: All charts should be created in Microsoft Word
